You can now get letters from all your loved ones in the same way as you would have back in India (digitally though!) Read your letters in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada....in the same time it would take for the letter to reach from your home town to our mail office in Chennai.

 Get registered with YourManinIndia.com using your sign-in email id and subscribe to the YMI Mail Service. You will get a mailbox account with YMI Mail. Please note that this is not an email account.

 Only you have paid the subscription fee and have access to your mailbox with your "Sign-in Email" and your personal "password".

 Inform folks back in India about this service and your "Sign-in Email" and your unique "PIN No." with us.

 Ask them to write to you as they would normally do, if you were in India, clearly mentioning your "Sign-in Email" and "PIN No." on the letter and sending it our address.

 You will receive the scanned letters in your personal mailbox at YMI Mail.

 You will receive alerts to your Sign-in Email account about new mail from India. Then you can login to your mailbox to access these letters from India.

(They should mention your login email "Sign-in Email" and your 7-digit "PIN No." at the top of the letter, without fail).
Letters can be sent in inland letter, postcard or A4 size paper (not exceeding 3 pages) per letter.
No junk, spam or printed material in bulk that is copied can be sent through this service. The service is meant for personal communication only.

 We SCAN the letters received and drop it in your mailbox at YMI Mail.

 We return the letters back to your folks, if requested for, provided a self addressed envelope with adequate postage is sent along with the letter.

 Letters that are not requested back are shredded after a specified period (1 month) to ensure complete privacy for your personal letters.

 We update the mailboxes on a daily basis and new scanned mail that you have received will be dropped within a day's time. Which means you will need to check your mailbox regularly for new mail. However setting alerts to be sent to your default Sign-in Email account whenever there is new mail is possible.

 We store your letters in your mailbox for a period of 30 days.
