Generally specific powers of VISA extensions to foreigners residing in India, vests with the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Foreigner's Division, Jaisalmer House, , Man Singh Road New Delhi.. For this purpose, the foreigners need to approach in person to that office. Foreigners not resid26ing in Delhi may approach the FRROs/FROs cum Superintendent of Police concerned, who would forward their case to MHA for approval. Applications for extensions/conversions should be made well in advance to the expiry date.YMI will assist Foreigners on the documentation part at FRRO, State Home Department and at Ministry of Home Affairs and will assist Foreigners in extension of visas as per the Government’s rule and regulations.

While YMI facilitates the documentation part on the visa extension process, it shall not be held responsible for the documents not being accepted for the extension.

If additional documents / certificates are required by the approval authorities then it has to be arranged by the applicant and YMI will try to gather as many as details in the initial stage itself. YMI is only a facilitator and not an approved or enlisted agency / vendor with the MHA. Time & Vendor fee might vary according to the complexity of the work, availability of supporting documents required for applying, and the location of the service. The additional costs incurred if any will have to be borne by the customer.
YMI is also not responsible for any bureaucratic delays or delays due to insufficient or delayed documentation / information provided by the customer. YMI cannot be held responsible for any errors/ mistakes/rejection of the documents. All document / visa related services are being provided on a best effort basis.

Prices quoted in USD or any other foreign currencies are only indicative. INR pricing is final and the charge to your credit card will be made in INR. Customers paying through international credit cards from other countries will be charged the equivalent INR amount in their currency at the prevailing exchange rate. Applicable exchange rate is displayed on our website.

Any payments that you make while placing your order will be temporarily charged to your card but will not be captured for payment until Customer Service reviews your order and accepts it. For further details on our terms of ordering and refund policy, please click here.

Service tax as applicable according to govt. regulations, may be charged extra @ 18% on all payments.

YMI is committed to ensuring transparency in pricing with our customers. However due to the nature of the service, some costs are not predictable and hence we are forced to adopt a two-tier pricing strategy.

Orders whose costs are predictable due to past experience and expertise with handling such orders are normally quoted on a flat pricing model. However, if the deliverables change significantly either due to complexity of the particular case, the requirements or the number of visits / travel etc., then an extra cost may be levied based on efforts.

Orders whose costs can only be determined based on customer inputs are normally accepted based on payment of a service fee. Based on this initial payment, the effort and cost estimate is estimated and quoted to the client. The customer is free to accept the quote and proceed with the order or request a full refund if the cost estimate does not fit his / her requirement.

Any refund on services you order through YMI will be governed by the Refund Policy (click here for the policy details). Further some services on YMI may be governed by their individual refund policies. In all such cases, the terms of the individual refund policy shall be applicable in addition to this policy unless and otherwise it is contrary to this policy, in which case the individual service refund policy shall supersede this policy.

Time to process a request for cancellation is a maximum of 7 business days. However time lines for actual refund to take place and for the credit to reach your account would depend on the speed of banking channels and the credit card companies involved in the transaction (as may be applicable).
