Document Procurement - Duplicate Degree Certificate

Please read the service description and policies below before placing the order

Note:- The said charges are for service fees only, Executional and Travel charges will be additional and the same will be intimated by our support team.

Duplicate Degree certificates can be obtained from the University/College where the applicant completed his/her graduation / post-graduation / doctorate. The following documents have to be submitted along with the application form:
1) FIR copy from the nearest police station: A compliant stating that the certificates have been lost/misplaced has to be lodged in the nearest police station and that FIR copy has to be submitted along with the application form.2) An affidavit swearing that applicant has lost the certificate has to be done in front of the officer of court/ oath commissioner of that jurisdiction.3) Two local newspaper advertisements stating that the applicant has lost the degree certificate.4) An authorization letter from the applicant in favour of YMI to represent the applicant.
On the basis of the above, an application form has to be duly filled and submitted along with the above documents at the registrar office of the respective University/College.
Duplicate Degree Certificate will be delivered to any location in India by courier or registered post. For delivery outside India, courier charges will be extra.
Time and Vendor fee might vary according to the complexity of the work, availability of supporting documents required for applying, and the location of the service. Additional costs, if any due to location, multiple visits or additional efforts shall be borne by the customer. Approximate estimate of such costs shall be provided only after acceptance of the order by the branch.YMI is also not responsible for any bureaucratic delays or delays due to insufficient or delayed documentation / information provided by the customer. YMI facilitates procurement of certificates from India and cannot be held responsible for any errors/ mistakes in names. YMI is not responsible for the issuance of the certificate in vernacular language.

Prices quoted in USD or any other foreign currencies are only indicative. INR pricing is final and the charge to your credit card will be made in INR. Customers paying through international credit cards from other countries will be charged the equivalent INR amount in their currency at the prevailing exchange rate. Applicable exchange rate is displayed on our website.

Any payments that you make while placing your order will be temporarily charged to your card but will not be captured for payment until Customer Service reviews your order and accepts it. For further details on our terms of ordering and refund policy, please click here.

Service tax as applicable according to govt. regulations, may be charged extra @ 18% on all payments.

YMI is committed to ensuring transparency in pricing with our customers. However due to the nature of the service, some costs are not predictable and hence we are forced to adopt a two-tier pricing strategy.

Orders whose costs are predictable due to past experience and expertise with handling such orders are normally quoted on a flat pricing model. However, if the deliverables change significantly either due to complexity of the particular case, the requirements or the number of visits / travel etc., then an extra cost may be levied based on efforts.

Orders whose costs can only be determined based on customer inputs are normally accepted based on payment of a service fee. Based on this initial payment, the effort and cost estimate is estimated and quoted to the client. The customer is free to accept the quote and proceed with the order or request a full refund if the cost estimate does not fit his / her requirement.

Any refund on services you order through YMI will be governed by the Refund Policy (click here for the policy details). Further some services on YMI may be governed by their individual refund policies. In all such cases, the terms of the individual refund policy shall be applicable in addition to this policy unless and otherwise it is contrary to this policy, in which case the individual service refund policy shall supersede this policy.

Time to process a request for cancellation is a maximum of 7 business days. However time lines for actual refund to take place and for the credit to reach your account would depend on the speed of banking channels and the credit card companies involved in the transaction (as may be applicable).
